Ohio Memories Exchange Policy (PLEASE READ)
Please select colors/sizes and shirt styles carefully. Print-On-Demand designs are printed specifically to meet your design/color/size/style request, so we cannot accept returns and can offer exchanges only for quality control reasons. Contact us right away if there is a problem with the shirt received and we will work to get you a replacement if necessitated, but we can't take back tees based on a change of heart regarding color or size. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been processed but before it prints, we can return only half the purchase price of the tee (plus shipping), as our printers charge us for the ordered blank shirt and the manual intervention in the automated production process.
We do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error.

1. You can fill out the exchange form. Please fill out all the required information.
2. Once your exchange has been authorized pack and post the item in its original packing. We advise you keep all proof of postage, and ensure the item you are exchanging reaches us within 14 days from the date you received your item from us. We offer extended exchange deadlines only over the Christmas period. Returns received after this time may NOT be accepted.
3. Any items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted.
